1. Client T&C

Scope of Services
Digital Fastbreak provides short-form content creation services (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) as agreed upon with each client. Deliverables and timelines will be specified in the invoice or proposal.

Payments

• All invoices must be paid in full by the due date listed.

• Work begins once payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).

• Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.

Revisions
Each project includes 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Ownership of Content
Full rights to the final content are transferred to the client once payment is received in full. Digital Fastbreak reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios or marketing materials.

Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If the client cancels before work starts, a partial refund may be considered at Digital Fastbreak’s discretion.

Liability
Digital Fastbreak is not liable for business outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, traffic). Content is provided as a creative service only.

Confidentiality
Any client information shared will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

2. Contractor T&C

Commission Structure
Contractors/partners (“You”) will receive 20% commission on each paid invoice from clients you directly refer to Digital Fastbreak.

Payment Terms
Commissions are paid within 14 days after Digital Fastbreak receives full payment from the referred client. Payments are made via [PayPal, bank transfer, or other method].

Eligible Referrals

• Only clients first introduced by You are eligible.

• A referral is valid when the client signs an agreement and pays an invoice to Digital Fastbreak.

• Referrals already in our pipeline, or previously contacted by Digital Fastbreak, do not qualify.

Scope of Commission
Commission applies per invoice collected from referred clients. No commissions are owed on future work or invoices unless the referral originated directly from You.

Independent Contractor
You are not an employee of Digital Fastbreak. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

Termination
Either party may end this arrangement at any time, with written notice. Commissions earned on invoices collected prior to termination will still be paid.

Modifications
Digital Fastbreak reserves the right to update these terms, with notice on this page, at any time.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
